CrossFit Deer Park is a gym that caters to people who want to work hard to raise their fitness levels and reach their fitness goals. When it comes to training, we do the things that work, period! There is absolutely no substitute for high intensity and hard work. At CrossFit Deer Park results are not guaranteed, they are earned.
We program functional movements and design them exclusively for the most serious and highly motivated fitness seekers. Fitness is defined as cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, power, coordination, accuracy, balance, flexibility, speed and agility. We will equip you with the knowledge to help you attain your goals, resist illness and create healthier behaviors in your life outside of our “box”.
We believe the movements and exercises used in training should look normal outside of the training environment. Long before Body Building our ancestors were running, jumping, squatting, throwing, pushing, pulling, and climbing. By training in these movements, we are reconditioning our bodies to function in the manner that they were designed.
