For safety purposes we recommend all  new members to try two free classes, where they will be evaluated by one of our trainers.  This allows the new members to understand how the classes are composed and it gives the trainer an opportunity to identify any areas of attention. New members will then phase into any mainstream class with the recommendation of the trainer. New members may not participate in the free classes without a signed liability form. At CrossFit Deer Park our athletes pay for training, not free gym access
